1. Who I am

Agentic Solution is an AI systems studio run by Christian Fong. I build lead machines, outreach systems, command centers, and agents for businesses, and I run a paid community called the Code Collective. You can reach me at christian@agenticsolution.io.

2. What I collect

Contact details. Your name, email address, and business name when you apply for a call, email me, or message me on social media.
What you tell me about your business. The answers you give on the application, on a call, or in a Telegram group for your build.
Messages. Emails, direct messages, and messages in a build's Telegram group.
Usage data. Basic information about how this website is used, such as pages visited and the page that sent you here. I do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Payment details. Handled by a third-party payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.

3. How I use it

To read your application and decide whether a build fits.
To run a first pull for your market before a call, if you applied for one.
To build, deliver, and support the systems you hire me for.
To send invoices, delivery records, and updates about your build.
To answer your questions inside the Code Collective.
To follow the law.

I do not send bulk marketing email to people who did not ask for it.

4. Who I share it with

Service providers that run my business: email and calendar tools, hosting, messaging, community, and payment providers. They process your information for me and nothing else.
Your own accounts. A build runs on your accounts. Data the machine finds for you lives in your systems, not mine.
When the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

I do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

This site may use a small number of cookies or similar tools to understand traffic. You can block them in your browser settings and the site still works.

6. How long I keep it

As long as I need it to work with you, keep proper business records, and meet legal obligations. Ask me to delete your information and I will do it within 30 days, unless the law says I must keep something.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop me from using it for marketing. Email christian@agenticsolution.io and I will handle it.

8. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
