1. About Agentic Solution
Agentic Solution is an AI systems studio founded and run by Christian Fong. I design, build, and hand over custom systems for businesses: lead machines, outreach systems, command centers and CRMs, and agents you talk to in plain English. I also offer a three-month mentorship and a paid community, the Code Collective.

2. Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, applying for a call, messaging me, joining the Code Collective, or hiring me, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
3. Services
- Done For You. Custom builds delivered as one-time projects. A lead machine first, or a full autonomous system. Every build runs on your own accounts and is handed over with a delivery record.
- Done With You. A three-month mentorship: your own agentic builder system and a CEO agent, set up with you, the course, and a weekly group call with me. It's paid up front, then continues as an optional monthly membership. Access to the CEO agent is included for the three months and continues with the membership. When the membership ends, that access ends, and your own files stay yours.
- The Code Collective. A monthly membership community with guides and a course, billed month to month and cancelable any time.
Every project is scoped on a call and confirmed in writing before work starts. The written scope controls if these terms and the scope ever disagree.
4. Payment
Project builds are paid 50% to start and 50% at handoff unless the written scope says otherwise. Monthly services are billed in advance each month and stop when you cancel. Payments go through a third-party payment processor. Once work on a build has started, the deposit is not refundable, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Ownership
When a build is paid in full, you own it: the code, the workflows, the data it produces, and the accounts it runs on. I may describe the build in general terms in my own marketing without naming you or showing your data, unless you tell me in writing not to.
6. Your accounts and third-party services
A build runs on accounts you own, such as your email, your CRM, and your hosting. You are responsible for keeping those accounts in good standing and for the fees those providers charge. I am not responsible for outages, changes, or terms set by third-party providers.
7. What I cannot promise
I build machines that find and reach businesses. I cannot promise a number of leads, replies, meetings, or sales, because those depend on your market, your offer, and your follow-through. Numbers on this website are real results from real machines on the dates stated, not a guarantee of yours.
8. Limits on liability
Services are provided as is. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services or the systems I deliver. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project or month in question.
9. Confidentiality
Both of us keep private the sensitive information the other shares during a project, including business strategy, technical details, client data, and financial information. This continues after the project ends.
10. Messaging
If you join a Telegram group for your build, the messages there are about your build: what ran, what needs your approval, and your requests. You can leave the group at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date, and continued use of the site or services after that means you accept it.
