Agentic Solution is an AI automation and development studio founded and operated by Christian Fong. We design, build, and deploy custom AI systems, including voice agents, workflow automations, dashboards, CRMs, lead generation systems, and full applications for businesses of all sizes. Our services are delivered as one-time projects with full ownership transfer to the client.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at agenticsolution.io, booking a call, submitting a form, sending us a message, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Agentic Solution provides custom AI development services on a project basis. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

  • Lead generation and outreach systems
  • Internal AI agents
  • Full-stack web applications
  • AI training and coaching (AI Mastery Program)
  • Ongoing managed support and maintenance

All project deliverables include full ownership and IP transfer to the client upon completion and final payment.

4. Messaging Terms

Message & Data Rates

By providing your phone number to Agentic Solution, you consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) related to our services. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Agentic Solution is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by your carrier.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Follow-up messages related to your inquiry or project
  • Service updates and delivery notifications
  • Responses from our AI voice agent (Eric) during active conversations

Typical message frequency is 1-5 messages per interaction. We will not send unsolicited bulk marketing messages without your express consent.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

5. Payment Terms

Project pricing is agreed upon during the discovery and proposal phase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Specific payment schedules (deposits, milestones, final payment) are outlined in individual project agreements. All sales are final once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-built systems, code, workflows, and deliverables are transferred to the client with full intellectual property rights. Agentic Solution retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials (with client permission) unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agentic Solution provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence in every project, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (such as Twilio, OpenAI, n8n, Netlify, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of service of these third-party providers. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions with third-party services used in their projects.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical implementations, client data, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of any project engagement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
